Please note that the 2010 Membership Appication is a fillable PDF document. When you have the application open, click on the blank line above your name and address. Then use the computer keyboard to enter your membership information. When you have entered your information, please print the application and mail the completed application to FGA.

The FGA board would really appreciate all memebers using the keyboard to enter their personal information. It is much easier for the secretary to read. If you want to avoid the dreadded scratch handicap for the first six week of league, use the keyboard.

There will be no Privilege Card available in 2010.
